Choosing a slower, more intentional life. One paw print, project, and passion at a time.
I live in a van with my two dogs to keep life simple, flexible, and close to what matters. After dealing with health issues (for both me and my dogs), I dove deep into low-tox living, raw feeding, and natural wellness.
Now I create content, tools, and digital products to help others live more intentionally too. Whether it’s through what you feed your dog, how you care for your body, or how you build your lifestyle.
When I’m not creating content online, I’m soaking in the freedom of life in my van.
Back in 2010 I’ve traveled across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Spain, and Italy. That started my love for living on the move.
My two dogs, rescued while volunteering at an animal boarding home in Italy, are always by my side, reminding me daily of the importance of
finding joy in the moment.

*My favourite things!!*
They love keeping me on my feet.
My mission now is to spread the word about real food for dogs, the everyday toxins we’re all surrounded by (that I didn’t even realise were a problem until recently), and the simple, healthy swaps that can make a big difference for both humans and animals.
I want to help more pet parents make better choices, support animal shelters with food and visibility, and eventually create my own sanctuary for the most overlooked dogs - the sick, the old, the disabled.
Think: the Asher House vibe, but my own version. That’s where I want my money to go long-term, towards giving those dogs the life they deserve.
